Diocese admits Transforming Mission failures

For the first time - after years of avoiding the question and deliberate obfuscation - the Diocese publicly admits that these expensive schemes have failed to reach their target. These schemes were championed by the former Bishop of Truro, the Rt Rev Philip Mounstephen.
