Powerful Daily Telegraph article by Emma Thompson of Save The Parish. The Church of England's bureaucratic approach risks destroying current forms of worship - resulting in the closure of many rural churches.
"In Cornwall’s Lizard peninsula, bundling many Grade I listed churches, with others, into a single “parish” (for one vicar to “drag around”) could be the death knell for those buildings."
